Job description
1. Prepare Sales Invoice and Packing list for shipment from China.
2. Generation of Purchase Order and liaise with vendors on details of PO: Delivery date and Payment term and Pre-production deposit.
3. Review tax computation and provide information requested by tax agent.
4. Prepare Group Consolidation Account and review of China Subsidiary management Accounts.
5. Any job that assigns by Finance Manager or Managing Director.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Accountancy from loca University or completed ACCA Professional Certificate
2. At least 3-5 years of working experience.
3. Proficient in MS Words, Excel and ERP System
4. Matured and meticulous
5. Good communication skill in English and Chinese (write and speak)

Location of work at 111 Somerset Road
Permanent position / 3-6 months contract
Working hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
Salary Range: $4,500-$5,000
