Roles & Responsibilities
· To assist Head Chef/Head Of Photography in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
· Maintain a positive and close relationship with the team.
· Daily food preparation require for projects assignment.
Job Requirements:
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in culinary field preferably in Hotel Industry or at least 1 year in a similar capacity.
· Ability to work on logistics and driving our company van (including loading and unloading to event venue)
· Ability to carry objects up to 20kg
· Ability to adapt to late night work hours due to unforseen timing of photography shoot.
· Excellent use of various cooking methods
· Good interpersonal skills
· Perform rotating shifts required.
Summary of role requirements:
- 6 Days Work Week (Shift Basis) - Weekends & Public Holiday Included
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Class 3A Driving Licence a must as we travel to different location for projects.
