· Coordinate functions, training sessions, special events etc
· Collate data and compile various reports for management
Ad hoc projects and other related activities as required
Skills/Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, supporting high-level executives.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience in handling administrative tasks using digital tools and platforms.
