Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales executives as the primary technical lead throughout the pre-sales process.
- Present and demonstrate product offerings, aligning solutions with customer goals both remotely and on-site.
- Guide potential clients through their evaluation and decision-making process, providing clear communication and support.
- Develop custom environments for Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations to showcase how solutions meet customer needs.
- Contribute to writing proposals (RFIs/RFPs) that highlight the value and return on investment of the solutions offered.
- Act as a customer advocate, communicating feedback to product management and development teams.
- Assist the sales team in understanding customer business objectives to align solutions with applicable technologies.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key customer advocates to promote long-term adoption of solutions.
- Create a customer vision for improving operations, reducing costs, and increasing business agility.
- Support Partner and Marketing teams in field activities as needed.

Requirements
