Retail Personnel (Full-time)
Position:
We are looking for a friendly, approachable and service-oriented team player to join our retail team in our first store in Great World. A pivotal figure in creating a personable shopping experience for both children and their parents, you should be someone who is fun-loving and can bond with littles ones.
This is a full-time position with a five-day work week and will require working on at least 1 weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Run the daily operations from store opening to closing, inclusive of cashiering, restocking and customer service.
- Acquire good product knowledge and how to display them in a visually pleasant and brand-relevant manner.
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Execution of all in-store activities planned by the brand.
- Build a strong rapport with customers.
- Assist in sales reporting and feedback on product sell-through and merchandise mix.
Skills & Requirement
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the retail or f&b sectors.
- Smiley, hardworking, responsible and pro-active.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Loves children.
- Good with handicraft.
