Responsibilities:
* Manage, coordinate and document the project administrative work
* Promptly and meticulously organize and follow up on documents deliverables
* Manage, keep record and update all submission document and liaise with internally project personnel
* Assist in material sourcing and compilation of quotations from various vendors and subcontractors
* Attend project meetings and prepare minutes of meeting
* Manages, files and updates records including and not limited to catalogue, project documentation
* All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager
Requirements:
* Post-Secondary or recognized Certification in Related Field of studies
* Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in procurement
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Must be computer literate, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Auto-Cad
* Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
* Strong interpersonal & communication skills
