Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to be part of a growing company. As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the financial records and transactions of the company and have the chance to gain hands-on experience with partial or full sets of accounts.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and issue invoices, ensuring that all billings are accurate
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status like including aging analysis Provide financial data and analysis to the management as required
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and partners, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to their invoices or payments
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and projects, to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and resolve any issues related to billing and payment
- Prepare GST submission, import duty, withholding tax and corporate income tax return
- Prepare and perform review on Balance Sheet, Profit & Lost statement and bank reconciliations
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes and handle high volume of transactions
- To be meticulous and have an eye for detail
- Good team player, pleasant disposition, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Analytical, resourceful and possess good problem-solving capability
- Preferably bi-lingual in English and Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients)
