We are sourcing for a suitable candidate for the Accounts Executive position:-

Duties & Responsibilities:-

GL Function

1. Monthly account closing of entities books.

2. Monthly finance update in HQ finance system.

3. Prepare monthly account schedules and HQ reporting.

4. File quarterly GST Return.

5. Monthly stocktaking cycle count

6. Prepare cash flow/monthly bank reconciliation

7. Assist in audit, tax, HQ reporting and other statutory requirements

8. Liaise with external auditor for yearly audit

9. Corporate tax filing and reply on tax queries

10. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

AR Function

11. Issue invoices via HQ system.

12. Update receipts for customers payment.

13. Generate weekly debtors aging report and follow up with overdue.

AP Function

14. Manage accounts payable via HQ system

15. Create payment instructions in Bank website for approval

16. Print out bank payment advice

Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.

2. Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in handling full set of accounts.

3. Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Words.

4. Positive working attitude, meticulous and efficiency.

5. Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

6. Able to work under pressure and take initiative to meet job objectives and datelines independently.

- Willing to work in Tuas area

4) Senior HR Excecutive

• Full spectrum of HR duties including payroll for 55 headcounts
• Monthly daily attendance sheet/KPI /payroll report to be given to the Group HR Mgr in China's Office
• CPF Contributions
• FWL Contributions
• Familiar with MOM website for WPOL and EPOL application/issuance/cancellation of WP/EP
• Maintainence of Worker's confidential information including Bank Account
• Prepare monthly payroll and pass to Accountant for processing
• Monitoring of all staff AL/MC/Childcare/NS Leaves/Maternity Leaves
• Follow up with One NS for NS Claim or Child care leaves for any outstanding claims
• Employees' Insurance including Medical/WICA /Motor insurance renewals
• In charge of 1 Store Executive/1 HR Admin/ 1 Bus Driver
• Arrangement of Bus Driver schedule for pick up and drop off of workers
• Arrangement of apprpriate courses for workers to attend
• Minimum Diploma in HR Studies

He has to served as a technician, technical management section chief, deputy factory director, and factory director. He is also responsible for the production and operation management of the entire factory, rationally dispatching all factors such as raw oil entering the factory, intermediate production, and product delivery, so that production can be continuous for 24/7 hours, and on this basis, reducing operating costs and improving economic benefits; he is also responsible for the design, optimization and improvement of the biodiesel production process to make the biodiesel production process more reasonable and the equipment selection more appropriate, which is finally reflected in higher reaction efficiency, faster rate, more energy-saving, and lower production cost.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree of Chemical Engineering

At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience in the related field

Must have indepth understanding of Biodiesel Products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication at all levels;

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of independently completing tasks;

Proficient in office software with good writing and report preparation skills;

Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to handle high work pressure.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

2. administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

3. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

4. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

5. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

6. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

7. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

8. Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements and skills

1. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant，accounting specialist or relevant role

2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

3. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)

5. Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
