· Mondays to Wednesdays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
· Thursdays: 8.00am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
· Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Handling Phone Calls
2. Attending to walk-in (parents,students,vendors etc)
3. Filling, typing and printing
4. Maintain General Office Storeroom and inventory of office supplies, First aid supplies and maintain the sick bay.
5. Other ad hoc duties.
