Company Description
Our client is a start up in the Technology space, providing a platform to house various systems under one space to provide ultimate convenience for thier users. Due to business needs, they are now looking for a Finance Manager in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly and annual financial statements for the group.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to the Leadership team, highlighting key trends, variances, and areas for potential improvement.
- Review and improve internal financial controls, procedures, and policies to safeguard the group’s assets and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Oversee the group’s cash flow management, ensuring liquidity to meet both operational and investment needs.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy or relevant qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.)
- At least 7-9 years of experience in a full spectrum finance role, ideally from a startup environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to improving processes, driving efficiencies, and managing risk.
