· Reporting to senior management and performing administrative duties
· Act as point of contact for general enquiries and maintain contact lists
· Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management
· Scheduling appointments and maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders
· Check and submit relevant cases and paperwork in a timely manner
· Preparation of monthly branch meeting slides, production, and attendance
· Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies
· Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
· Review, sort and distribute mail
· Create, maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
· Assisting in company’s event, team bonding activities and travel arrangements
· Running errands for senior management
· Other simple ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
· Excellence interpersonal and communication skill
· Meticulous, organise and detail oriented
· Ability to work independently and initiative
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word as well as Google
