1. Duty & Responsibilities

2. Requirement

• Min. 8 years and above for Electrical & Network Telecommunication Project Management experience required.
• Bachelor/ Master Degree in Electrical/ Electrical Communication Engineering or relevant field.
• Proven experience in leading build projects from initiation to project closure
• PMP certification from PMI or equivalent is an advantage.

1. Duty & Responsibilities

• Prepare tender costing including bills of quantities based on the tender documents and drawings, estimate materials required and labour involved.
• Evaluate tenders from sub-contractors and suppliers, negotiate with the contractors and suppliers.
• Work as part of the project team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.
• Control/monitor all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure.
• Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs.
• Commercial vetting of sub-contractor tenders and contracts.
• Certification of sub-contractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
• Monitor all commercial information in relation to project including labour, material and sub- contractor cost forecasting thus ensuring budgets adhered to.
• Supply all relevant information to the Managers and or the Director for review at the specified intervals set.

2. Requirement

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in electrical construction industry.
• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering / Quantity Surveying or relevant field.

Responsibility:

• Prepare shop-drawings and follow-up subsequent comments.
• Attend project safety meeting and site co-ordination meeting.
• Arrangement of work according to Builder's work program.
• Schedule and arrange site acess arrangement for delivery.
• Monitor materials delivery schedule.
• Monitor daily work progress and feedback.
• Implement variation work upon receiving new drawings.
• Conduct follow up site testing.
• Update construction drawing and follow up with draughting update.
• Commissioning of project equipment.
• Prepare as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manual.
• Carry out duties in accordance with QEHS policy, procedures.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Diploma holder or above.
• Team Player, Independent and proactive individual.

• Provide support to Project Team on daily administrative activities
• Maintain proper documentation in accordance with ISO standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of Staff & Worker's attendance.
• Coordinate and maintain records of site passes and ensure all Staff & Workers are able to enter the site promptly.
• Coordinate with office members to arrange the necessary safety courses for Staff & Workers.
• Coordinate and arrange meeting sessions.
• Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned by your supervisor.

2. Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in construction industry.
• Minimum 'O' Level or above.

• To Prepare Shop Drawings, Revision Drawings and As-Built Drawing with accordance to Tender drawing and Site Progress.
• Coordinate with site engineers/supervisor on site progress and changes of required drawings from consultant/main contractor.
• Helps to compile site documentation.
• Attend Meeting if required.
• To ensure proper planning of Shop Drawings for submission
• To ensure correct drawing will be issued on site.
• To regularly coordinate with site engineers/supervisor for any site changes that requires drawing updates.
• To ensure proper filing of all drawings of every project for fast and easy access.

2. Requirement

• Min. 2 years and above for 3D Drawing experience required.
• Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical Communication Engineering or relevant field.
• Proven experience in drawing.

Position: Account Payable Assistant

Your main duties and responsibilities are:

1. Duty

· Handle account payable duties.

· Accurately handle invoices, payment requests, and reimbursement claims within the specified timeframe.

· Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.

· Bookkeeping for petty cash.

· Maintain record for project cost for monthly financial report.

· Experience in ERP is an added advantage.
