Position: Tea Store Manager

Reporting To: Multi-Store Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
2. Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and ensure operational excellence.
3. Implement HEYTEA's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain quality control.
4. Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to identify growth opportunities.
5. Ensure compliance with local regulations and HEYTEA’s brand policies.
6. Foster a customer-first culture and address any feedback or complaints effectively.
Qualifications:
l Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or F&B store management.
l Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
l Strong understanding of P&L management and operational KPIs.
l Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
l Proficiency in [English/Mandarin]; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
