Draft and publish job postings on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, and internal channels).
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain an organized candidate database and track application statuses.
Communicate with candidates professionally to provide updates on their application progress.
Assist the HR team with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
