Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for specialized training for company data center operations and related businesses;
2. Responsible for the development and training of technical courses for internal staff within the group;
3. Conduct research and development of related teaching materials (training outlines, teaching PPTs, teaching materials, teaching cases, etc.);
4. Prepare for lessons, summarize work, inspire learners' enthusiasm for learning, and improve training effectiveness;
5. Complete the writing of technical documents and course video recording;
6. Assist leaders in completing related course development work in accordance with market and technological trends;
7. Assist in the publication of relevant course books;
8. Assist in industry certification and certification promotion work;
9. Timely completion of talent development within the industry.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, networks, or related fields, with over 3 years of relevant data center operations experience;
2. Proficient in server hardware maintenance knowledge, those with relevant certificates such as d and network-related certificates are preferred.
3. Familiar with the installation, configuration, and management of VMWare virtual machines, and able to use them for teaching and experimental setups.
4. Familiar with computer network knowledge, understanding of router switching and firewall configuration; familiar with mainstream network vendor products.
5. Familiar with domestic industry dynamics of the company's operated products, grasp knowledge of cutting-edge technologies, possess knowledge in finance management, law, enterprise management, etc., and understand the technical knowledge of the company's operated products.
6. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit for group collaboration, and good technical document writing abilities;
7. Good problem-solving skills in computer system hardware, software, email, network, and daily office equipment;
8. Passionate about work, proactive, honest and trustworthy, good resistance to pressure, execution ability, and learning ability;
9. Priority consideration for CCNP, HCNP holders.

Responsibilities：

•Operate and manage both routine and emergency service on a variety of state-of-the-art critical systems such as: medium voltage switchgear, diesel generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, fire detection / suppression; building monitoring systems; etc.

•Supervise the on-site management of facility management teams, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work is performed according to established practices and procedures.

•Manage client relationship and act as the point of contact for the company at this site.

•Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses and prepare reports on all aspects of the critical facility operations and maintenance.

•Work with Clients/Customers counterpart to coordinate projects, manage capacity and optimize plant safety, performance, reliability and efficiency.

•Create, utilize and administer MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, and AOPs for all work on critical facilities / data center facility equipment.

•Schedule work activities, within specified change control / management protocol.

•Maintain a constant state of readiness in support of the mission goal of 99.999% uptime

▪Oversees schedules for preventative maintenance and ensures that facilities are inspected regularly to identify current and potential maintenance needs. Ensures repairs comply with internal policies and external regulations [EPA, OSHA, NATEF, ACCSC etc.].

▪Manages staffing, training/certifications, development and performance of Facility Management Teams, ensuring that staff is informed of changes that affect operation & maintenance.

Requirements：

•Degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering

•Experience in Data Centre operation.

•Familiar with critical facilities including Chiller/Cooling Tower, CRAC, UPS, STS, Genset … etc.

•Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in which 4 years in Data Centre operation / Telecommunications industry.

•Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands

•Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems including MS excel and power point.

•Demonstrated experience in client reporting and preparation of reports required.

•Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa (Chinese is an advance)
