Responsibilities / Job Description
You will work closely with the Sales/Tender Team to ensure the various business support functions such as Project Sales administration, documentations are taken care of.
You will take care of Project and Sales administration functions including:
·Project related insurances.
· Assist in Project/Sales Administration
· You will assist in Project costing functions including:
o Sending emails and tracking project documentation
o Preparing and processing claims
o Compiling and preparing documents for customers or complated projects
· You will assist in Tendering documentations
o Compilation Tendering documentation
o Prepare documentation to customer.
o Updates Project files.
o Source and request for quotations where needed
· Assist Project Team in Project Documentation.
