General Overview:
Reporting to the Cafe Manager/Assistant. Responsible for serving customers, taking and coordinating orders and keeping all areas of the outlet clean.
Job Scope:
- Handles station assigned for the day
- Keeps outlet clean and tidy
- Serves customers with friendly and uncompromising service
- Practice good etiquette
- Be attentive to customers' needs
- Practice suggestive selling
- Check that customers' orders are being fulfilled correctly
- Ensure all used plates and cutleries on the dining tables are being cleared once the customers have left the restaurant
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management
Professional Experience:
Preferably with minimum of 6 months of experience in service roles in the F&B industry. For senior servers, a minimum of 1 year experience as server is required.

- Always keen to get feedback for improvement
- Required to work on off-office hours as and when required
