Responsibilities:

• Carry out repair, fabrication and maintenance job
• Attend to all scheduled major and minor servicing
• Machine checking and serving according to schedule
• Attend to machine troubleshooting and fault finding
• Carry out preventive maintenance and inspection

Qualifications:

• GCE ‘O’ Level or NTC 2/3/Higher Nitec in Engineering
• Possess Class 2 with own bike

Responsibilities:

Invoicing

1) Prepare invoices to customers on daily basis in XERO software

2) Check the data entered tally with customers’ purchase order, signed contract and quotation and correct any errors and then update the information to the sales invoice module

3) Print out the invoices and mail/email it out to customers

Accounts Receivable

1) Prepare receipt voucher and bank in all cheque received from customers

2) Post all receipt voucher and knock off on the XERO software

3) Prepare and update debtor list

4) Follow-up with customers that have not paid on due date

5) Fixed Asset registration into XERO system

6) Generate Aging report regularly (monthly)

7) Bank reconciliation

Data Update & Leasing Contract

Perform the day-to-day function of updating the customer leasing data in an effective, up to date and accurate manner. Also, day-to-day function on preparing the leasing contract for customers.

Others

Perform other duties which are assigned by your superior for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking
• Min. 1 year of working experience in related accounting field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail oriented & Team Player
• Able to communicate with customers through email or phone

Responsibilities:

• To report to the Logistic Manager or Supervisor for your daily assignment of deliveries which are required to be completed within the day itself.
• Take note of all special instructions for each delivery. E.g. Timing for delivery, who to report to at the client's facility and any other instructions briefed by the Logistic Manager or Supervisor.
• Prepare the goods in advance before delivery from the warehouse, pack the goods according to delivery orders and load the goods onto the delivery truck safely.
• To hand over and get Delivery Order signed by the customer after completion all deliveries assigned to you.
• To complete all daily deliveries assigned to you by your Logistic Manager or Supervisor with accuracy in installing of equipment.
• All serial numbers of equipment are to be clearly stated on the Delivery Orders.
• Must advice customers on how to use the equipment or if any follow-up actions need to be taken before customers sign the Delivery Order.

- Assist in overseeing department’s operations and administrative matters.

Secondary Roles

- Sales - help the Department to achieve their monthly quota

- Assist to handle sales calls

- Assist to handle walk-ins

- Assist to do customer site recce
