Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and responsible Playground Crew Member to join our team. Your role will involve delivering excellent customer service and ensuring children have fun in a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, answer their inquiries, and provide guidance.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the playground area.
- Supervise the use of play equipment to ensure children play safely.
- Assist customers with ticket purchases and other transactions, and manage the cash register.
- Help plan and execute birthday parties or events.
- Handle customer complaints or emergencies and report promptly to management.
Job Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and passion for interacting with children and parents.
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in English and Mandarin or other languages is preferred to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, or on a rotating shift schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, retail, or education-related roles.
- Certification in basic first aid is an advantage.
