Handle and attend to clients’ incoming enquiries
Following up with customers on their enquiries
Update/Maintain customer information in the company’s system
Prepare internal forms and letters
Liaise with external parties on related matters
Undertake adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Cheerful with Pleasant Personality, Good Team Player
