Reporting Structure:
The Cook/Kitchen Assistant reports directly to the Kitchen Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor to ensure clear guidance and oversight. Regular feedback and support are provided to maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food according to company specifications.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Follow proper storage practices and assist in daily ordering and receiving.
- Log food wastage and participate in monthly inventory checks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirement :
- Minimum ‘N’ level education with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work 6-day rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards.
