Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the AR team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoicing, collection of payments and posting of receipt
• Assess new and existing customer accounts by handling credit assessments and yearly evaluation to control arrears risk exposure
• Review customers’ and tenants’ accounts on their outstanding balances, accuracy and validity
• Lead the credit review and arrear management meetings and advise operational head on credit controls strategy and legal alternative in handling defaults
• Provide Business Units with recommendations on credit term extensions by analysing accounts receivable ageing and industry payment trends
• Analyse and increase staff productivity and effectiveness
• Strengthen current internal controls, processes and systems

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Participate in space planning and detailed design process for new retail and mixed-use projects as well as AEIs of existing malls
• Review and evaluate retail mall planning requirements and layout design for new projects and asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs)
• Assist to formulate mall-specific shopfront and signage design guidelines for new projects and existing malls alike
• Assist to curate tenancy fit-out design guidelines (to be applied across all FEO malls) as and when necessary, to be keep abreast with current market best practices

Responsibilities

1. Manage all office administration matters and business centre operations.
2. Review existing processes and workflows, identify new approaches to redesign and optimise performance, quality and speed to improve stakeholder / customer experience.

Responsibilities

System Integration and Maintenance

• Oversee the integration, maintenance and optimisation of HR systems to mee current and future business needs.
• Act as a liaison between HR, IT and vendor, facilitating communication and interpretation of activities and priorities.

Project Management

• Participate in the end-to end project schedules for a system upgrade and implementation, from requirements gathering, UAT, user training and system go-live preparations.
