Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing and maintaining overseas recruitment channels, and maintaining good relationships with overseas human resource suppliers, headhunting companies, human resource channels, etc.
2. Familiar with business employment standards and needs to ensure that outstanding talents that meet the company culture and job requirements are attracted;
3. Responsible for interview arrangements, background checks, employment notices, entry procedures, etc. for domestic and international talents;
4. Analyze recruitment data and funnels to improve recruitment effectiveness;
5. Regularly report the progress and results of recruitment work to superiors to provide reference for company decision-making.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of recruitment experience;
2. Those with ITO recruitment experience and headhunting work experience are preferred;
3. Fluent English speaking ability, other language skills will be considered as additional advantages; those with overseas study and work experience are preferred;
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds and cultural backgrounds.
