Job Description: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive student recruitment efforts, particularly from China, and facilitate their seamless transition to studying in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract students from China to study in Singapore.
• Identify and establish partnerships with schools and educational institutions to increase student enrollment.
• Source and collaborate with partner agencies in China to facilitate student recruitment efforts.

Administrative Support:

• Assist with administrative tasks related to student enrollment, including processing necessary documents such as In-Principle Approval (IPA) letters and student passes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and liaise with relevant authorities as needed.

Student Support:

• Provide personalized assistance to students throughout their journey, including arranging transportation from the airport to their accommodation.
• Offer support in settling students into their new environment, including assisting with medical appointments and finding suitable housing options.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, partner agencies, and government authorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent student experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the education and cultural landscape in both Singapore and China.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Resourceful and proactive in identifying opportunities and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with visa and immigration procedures for international students is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese counterparts.
