Responsibilities
We’re looking for a proactive Network Administrator to work closely with international teams to provide network support.
- Perform L1/L2 support for network infrastructure and network security;
- Manage network solutions, including routers, switches, servers, and other network security solutions;
- Ensure that internal SLAs are met;
- Work closely with internal and external teams, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with specifications and within budget;
- Support SD-WAN deployments;
- Administer and manage network security solutions, performing maintenance and upgrades on networks as necessary;
- Prepare performance-related reports as necessary;
- Manage and update documentation as required.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline;
- Hands-on experience working with network and network security solutions;
- Experience working with SD-WAN deployments;
- Excellent knowledge of network technologies;
- Knowledge of system and network security;
- Analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and find solutions;
- Good communication skills;
- Sense of responsibility and accountability.
