Job Responsibilities:

· Entering of Data Entry, preparation and activation of insurance LOG (Letter of Guarantee).

· Assist Management on any ad-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels with working experience

2. Experience in data entry and LOG activation would be an advantage

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills

5. Organised, self-driven, resourceful, fast learner

The Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Staff Nurse (SN) is responsible for nursing, patient care and related administrative duties as assigned by the Centre Manager/Doctors/Director.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Register patients, explain charges, collect payment (including day-end closing), schedule follow-up appointments and provide financial counselling for patients scheduled for procedures.
• Answer patient queries through platforms (mobile, telephone, email, face to face)
• Maintain and update quality records according to the standard guidelines on identification, filing, storage, maintenance, and disposition of these records where applicable.
• Ensure the consultation and procedure rooms are in order and check that all equipment and supplies are available and ready for use.
• Prepare instruments for procedures (if any), assist doctor and clean procedure rooms.
• Support in OT and anaesthesia procedures.
• Handle patient concerns expeditiously and courteously, escalates to senior team accordingly if in doubt.
• Maintain and highlight any feedback on quality of service or issues on medical equipment or process to Supervisor.
• Manage and update stock records for medications stored within the centre, including monitoring of par level of drugs, medicines, supply and stationery. Replenish stocks as per required quantity.
• Chaperone and assist doctors in carrying out treatment and nursing procedures for patients.
• Dispense medications according to doctors’ prescriptions, supported with supervision.
• Cross-support nurses in their duties across each specialty discipline as required.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager/Doctors/Director.

REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• BCLS and AED Certified.
• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Nursing.
• At least 1 year experience in a clinical setting, experience in Operating Theatres and anaesthesia an added advantage.
• Works precisely and accurately with details and facts. Is methodical and does not overlook details.
• Demonstrates pro-active role in anticipating patient needs and in delivering satisfaction.
• Service oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able and willing to work clinic hours on a 5.5-day work week

• 5.5 days office hours
• Independently perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging to patients according to set protocols and standards
• Provide accurate ultrasound reports and ensure all records are properly documented
• To deliver accurate and speedy imaging outputs at all times
• Plan, organise and prioritise assigned tasks such that all are completed effectively and on time
• Prepare and clean up machines, equipment, work area
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of examination/procedure room
• Work closely with nurses and administrative staff to ensure patient care is met
• Provide quality customer service to patients
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma/Degree in Diagnostic Imaging, Diagnostic Radiography or relevant
• Ability to perform Ultrasound is a must
• Candidate with experience will be an advantage
• Registered with National Environmental Agency (NEA) as a radiation worker will be an advantage
• Registered with Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) will be an advantage
