Job Descriptions :
- Coordinating with technicians and clients on the service appointment.
- Update data and prepare scheduler, prepare quotation and related documents
- Handle day to day administrative and accounting duties
- Liaise with suppliers, obtain cost and submit quotations to clients
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
- Preferably executive specializing in air conditioning
- Able to communicate and written in Japanese
Additional info:
- Mon-Fri and Alternate Saturdays till 1pm
- Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
