About the Role:

The role aims to support to provide oversight and advice to all Health and Safety (H&S) activities in the Ferrero Asia Pacific Region (business units, warehouses, commercial, R&D and retail) in relation to H&S matters. The position supports driving the regional customization and implementation of Group H&S policies, procedures and initiatives, verifying their implementation, as well as helps in cascading of all H&S related information in the Region.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and ensure implementation of H&S Regional Strategic Plan in alignment with Group
• Ensure health and safety risks are identified, evaluated and mitigated
• Support execution of H&S objectives at the regional level in accordance with Ferrero Group (Group) guidelines and involving key stakeholders
• Work with all stakeholders to maintain full compliance with regulatory and Group requirements, including preparation and filing of required documentation
• Ensure H&S incidents are investigated as per Group guidance to determine root causes and to define actions
• Maintain and regularly update overview of H&S regulations (legal register) applicable in the Region
• Monitor and verify adherence to work safety standards and procedures, as well as implementation of all corrective actions identified during audits, inspections, risk assessments, others
• Manage regular reporting on metrics, status, issues, incidents to Region H&S and other relevant stakeholders
• Support H&S in conducting, training and review of risk assessments on a regular basis on commercial sites
• Verify that emergency response plans are in place for each location in the Region and are effective
• Monitor implementation of agreed mitigation activities and report on implementation status
• Develop and deploy regional H&S policies, procedures, programs and initiatives in line with Group policies and procedures, monitor adherence to H&S them
• Coordinate and support regional roll out of H&S projects and programs
• Raise awareness across all levels of the regional organization on the importance of H&S, train and coach employees and managers in H&S topics with the aim to build a reliable safety culture
• Maintain relations with related public authorities and collaborate with externals during inspections and visits
• Maintain legal compliance, support any legal reporting requirements
• Ensure related licenses, notification, reporting requirements are met and related documents are maintained
• Support implementation of group well-being initiatives in the region
• Manages and cooperate with external and medical staff on analysis of problems and medical surveillance planning concerning accidents, work environment and ergonomics

The role is responsible for the Reward programs and HR administration services for the 11 countries of the Region Ferrero Asia Pacific (FAP), in compliance with Ferrero Group policies and local legal requirements.

The FAP Reward and HR Operation Manager will coordinate 3 Cluster teams supervising compensation, benefits and HR operations for Singapore and SEA, NAS and Australia.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define strategies, policies, remunerative plans, benefit management in alignment with Ferrero Group policies and in collaboration with Area Reward and Region FAP HR Manager
• Responsible for budget and controlling of cost components in terms of salaries, pension plans, STI, LTI, insurance and benefits, and cost of Local People & Organization function, in collaboration with the regional operations team and Finance department
• Manage HR operations and compensation & benefit related activities for the existing and new employees
• Ensure proper payroll management (salaries, social contributions, pension plan, health care insurance, taxes, etc.) and timely administration in compliance with Local labour law, regulations, and individual labour agreement
• Responsible for the planning and implementation of special HR projects related to worktime, administration, reward matters in coordination with the cluster teams, FAP HR Manager and Area Reward
• Manage the relationships with local authorities and government bodies (Social Security organizations, Work Councils, Labour offices, Health / Pension Institutions, Tax Authorities, and others)
• Define standard contract terms and manage the economic offers and contracts with respective teams, analyze new contract compliance in line with Group / Local policies and legal constraints
• Ensure the implementation of local benefit programs (including medical coverage, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, pension plan, etc.)
• Act as a reference point for all labor legal and fiscal issues, manage the fiscal assistance provided to the employees by the tax external advisors
• Manage seconded personnel, in collaboration with the Group Expat Unit and Region HR Manager by providing induction and assistance in respective matters (administration, payroll, tax, visa, relocation, family support and others)
• Manage relationships with external providers (legal, payroll, visa, relocation, etc.) to maximize service level; manage respective contracts in collaboration with General Purchasing function
• Provide efficient management of SAP HR and other office systems (ex: work attendance monitoring, Reward tools) to manage the correct allocation of resources and related calculations
• Ensure compliance and contribute to the management of the activities for internal and external audit
• Manage timely and accurate reporting and analysis on the respective matters
• Monitor and analyses local market trends and evaluates external competitiveness to drive the local Reward strategy

Who we are looking for:

• 12+ years of relevant experience in the HR administration, payroll, and rewards with a good knowledge of the legal principles and requirements

About the Role:

The role is aimed to establish the Region consolidated view on Supply Chain Function KPI’s and results, ensuring consistency of methodologies, target setting, planning/budget process coordination and benchmarking. The role defines the targets by Group/Area/Region/Country/Plant level and works on planning and deployment of Function initiatives, improving regional reporting and business analytics standard, working on the supply chain costs, indirect impact of margins etc. The role holds strong management, planning, coordination, reporting and follow-up on Regional projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage controlling and reporting activity of Supply Chain investments, data analysis and financial statements. Estimate and monitor results and ROI
• Define guidelines and targets for SC, communicate with stakeholders, share any implications on the financial KPIs
• Support business decision making on Planning/Budget/SAF targets analyzing investments, financial results and identifying improvement areas suggesting corrective actions

About the Role:

The role is aimed to will be developing strategy and framework for Ferrero to compete in two growing channels in Southeast Asia: Out-of-home (OOH) and eCommerce and will lead the development of the channels along with building the required tools for transfer of knowledge across different departments. The role drives collaboration and supports local negotiations at a country level, with the ownership of establishing, leading and expanding the channels across Ferrero SEA.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for OOH and eCommerce with key partners
• Lead the market share growth strategy by brand/category/Retailers and OOH & Online Sales growth (as per target) in close collaboration with all the key stakeholders
• Accelerate knowledge transfer across different functions and departments

About the role:

The role is aimed to oversee the overall functions of Financial accounting department for Asia Pacific Region and maintaining high level of control, compliance and accuracy for financial/accounting flows and records.

• Qualified Accountant (CPA) qualification is required, Big4 professional experience is of a strong plus
