Job Description
Familiar with preparation of quotation, procurement and tendering include pricing.
Quantity takeoff of external work, structural and architectural finishing.
Request quotation, price comparison, negotiate prices with sub-contractors and suppliers for tender and operation projects.
Submit progress claim including checking and verifying quantities and work done on site.
Manage and access variations and provide costing on V.O, omission and additions.
Preparation of V.O documents and submission to client.
Manage and access variations and provide accurate costing on omision and additional works. Prepare variation ordver documents and submitted to client.
Liaised with client representative for claim and payment progress.
Job Requirement:
Min Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveyor
Min 2 years of working experience in civil engineering
Preferbly experience in Building, LTA, HDB or Warehouse
