Job Summary
Purpose of job:
To assist in the implementation of programmes for our Family, Children and Youth.
Key Responsiblities
- Plan, coordinate and conduct programmes for our Family, Children and Youth.
- Assist in the coordination and management of our volunteers.
- Assist in our Assistance & Referral services to the families.
- Attend to clients’ needs (e.g. phone call enquiries, walk-ins, home visits if required).
- Create FCY newsletter and other marketing collaterals such as poster, flyers, etc.
- Provide data collection, data entry and administrations relating to FCY.
- Any other duties as assigned by Senior Executive/Programme Executive.
Competencies
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A love for children with a cheerful personality to interact with them.
- Good facilitation skills in conducting programmes/sessions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes.
- Good administrative, organisational and computer skills.
