Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce site safety policies.
Coordinate project schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to plans.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.
Assist in problem-solving and decision-making on site-related issues.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
