- Invoice preparation and follow-up, financial statement reconciliation
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Responsible for management and budgeting of cash flows
- Review effectiveness of internal controls with respect to payment cycle
- Updating of cashbook and timely posting to teh General Ledger
- Assist in th emonthly closing of accounts including preparation of accounting journals and quarterly GST filing
- Handle general office administration matters
- Asssit in other ad-hoc projets as required
