About the Job
The company is expanding and is looking for a HR executive who will be reporting directly to the Transformation Lead manager.
You will partner and support the managers to handle, in a proactive and consultative approach, a full spectrum of HR functions which includes talent acquisition, skills and training development.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Administration of payroll and benefits
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of payroll matters
- Handle tax clearance & Annual IRAS Preparation
- HR System Updates, including maintaining and updating of staff personnel files.
- NS / CPF / Child care leave processing
- Handles govt survey
- Track and process work pass application & renewal, confirmation review & contract employment
- Process and handle offboarding cases including offboarding admin and exit interview
- Coordinate & arrange for work pass medical examination, processing and collection of work passes
- Handle employee disciplinary/conduct issues, grievances, and other employee disputes
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a HR related role.
- Ability to handle confidential information is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to relate well with people at all levels and good service orientation.
- Comfortable with IT.
- Good command of written and spoken English language.
- Resourceful and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity.
- Good knowledge and experience in talent attraction and acquisition, development and retention
- Strong people management skills.
