We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administration Executive to oversee our administrative operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. The Administration Executive will be responsible for loan submittion, insurance quotation, liaising with customer, maintaining daily sales and stock balance records, data Entry & data Cleaning to ensure data integrity to support the organization's overall operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions.
• Support the sales and accounting departments to ensure the success of sales and financing transactions.
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records, including general record-keeping and filing duties.
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager

Skills Required

• Preferably with relevant working experience in Automotive industry.
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems.

Other Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with a positive work attitude.
• Meticulous and able to multitask.

Estimated Salary

• $2200 to $2500

Job Requirements:

• Sales and results-oriented, with a proven track record in sales being advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the automobile industry
• Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license is mandatory.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in the automotive service industry as a Sales Executive or in a related role.
