About the Role:
As an Art Studio Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of three studios located at Great World, Tanglin Mall, and Jurong East. This dynamic role requires you to manage studio performance, ensure operational excellence, and nurture customer relationships. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations and managing team performance across all studios.
• Scheduling weekly team shifts and facilitating in-house training sessions.
• Managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, and following up on leads.
• Monitoring and restocking studio resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensuring studios are clean, organized, and safe.
• Conducting weekly team meetings to align on goals and updates.
• Leading hiring processes for new teachers and staff.

This is a 5½-day workweek role. Flexibility is required to travel to all three locations.

About You:
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for arts education and team leadership. Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven customer support and sales experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.

About the Role
As our Lead Kids Fitness Coach, you will design and lead dynamic fitness classes aimed at children aged 4 to 12.

This role requires a passion for child development, physical fitness, and coaching in a fun and supportive environment.

You'll use custom-built obstacle courses and engaging fitness challenges to help kids build confidence and motor skills.

Work Hours

• Weekdays: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)
• Weekends: 9 AM to 6:30 PM
• Half-day work: 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM (for half-day shifts)
• 5½-day work week

Work Location: Tanglin Mall, Singapore

Key Skills & Requirements
