What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct lessons with Montessori principles, including experiential activities like baking, gardening, and arts and crafts.
• Foster creativity in a technology-free environment, encouraging imagination and hands-on exploration.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
• Contribute to curriculum development aligned with Montessori methods.

Qualifications:

• Montessori certification (AMI preferred) or experience working in Montessori schools.
• Background in early childhood education or similar settings.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teaching skills.
• Proficiency in experiential and hands-on learning techniques.
