Qualifications :
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a university recognized by Singapore
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Singapore
• Strong knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and local construction practices
• Conversant with local codes and regulations
• Tactful in handling clients and contractors/sub-contractors (and all related parties)
• Excellent in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Enscape , Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge in residential and commercial projects
• Must have experience with landed houses
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Meticulous and able to organise work effectively
• Project and time management skills
• Team player and positive working attitude
Responsibilities :
• Lead the design process from concept development through to completion of construction.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure all design objectives are met, completion within project timelines and budget.
• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications, and achieve a quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements.
• Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs that reflect the unique vision along with the ability to align with clients’ requirements
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction progress meets design intent and quality standards.
• Overall management of internal milestones and deliverable
