Observe and improve company structure, and SOP .
Responsible for daily office management of the company
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Facilitating communication throughout with company and clients
Implement and execute company's policies.
Oversee and improvise on company's daily operations
Establish and nurture relationships with charging point operators, car park operators) and other key partners in support of our business
Negotiate and track partnership agreements.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support our relationships with partners.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
At least 5 years of relevant experience in adminstrative, administration Manager role or similar.
Strong business acumen with an analytical mindset and ability to use data to influence decision-making
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
