Job Scope:

• Main Duty is performing grooming tasks such as bathing, trimming, and styling pets’ fur.

• Provide advice on pet care products, grooming tools, and pet food options.

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of grooming supplies, pet accessories, and retail products.
• Clean and sanitize grooming tools, equipment, and workspace after each use.
• Ensure the shop is well-organized, clean, and adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
• Work closely with the marketing department to implement and promote special offers, events, and loyalty programs.
• Schedule grooming appointments and maintain accurate records.
• Handle payments and manage customer inquiries professionally.

Requirement:

• At least 3 years working experience in pet grooming or pet care industry.
• Familiarity with various grooming tools and techniques.
• Ability to handle and groom pets of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
• Passion for animals and their well-being.
