Job Summary
You will independently manage the full spectrum of human resource functions, execute functions required of an office administrator, and be in-charge of correct and on-time payroll processing for all Group companies including in the Singapore construction sector and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Processing all work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, home leave and visas
- Processing monthly payroll for all employees
- Supporting bonus pay-outs and salary increment processes
- Managing employee leave, medical, insurance and travel claims
- Renewing and procuring all business approvals and licences and insurances renewals
- Keeping abreast and ensuring employment laws compliance
- Managing hiring and termination
- Managing compensation and benefits including performance management
- Managing learning and development for employees
- Managing tax implications for employees in international businesses
- Booking flights and accommodation for employees
- Completing personal assistant tasks as may be required by Management
- Performing adhoc duties as required
Requirements
- Possess at least 5 years’ experience in HR for Construction Sector companies
- Able to work independently and is a good team player who possess drive and initiative
- Well-organised and meticulous
- Good people and communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels
