- Purchase Invoices & Accounts PayableMatches purchase invoices and delivery orders and/or contracts
Ensure timely, complete and accurate recording and payment of accounts payable
- Sales Invoicing and Accounts ReceivablePerform timely sales invoicing function including generation of sales invoices, updating in accounting system
Preform timely updating receipts in Accounts Receivable function including generation of Aging of Accounts Receivable reports and the follow up of outstanding Accounts Receivable
- Pricing and Costing Analysis
- Supplier Database Management
- Prepare job pre-costing
- Liaise with Project Managers in releasing of materials from the warehouse
- Knowledge of Accounting Software (MYOB)
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level 'O' Level or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
- Able to communicate in Madarin and English
- Possess good initiative with positive attitude
- Independent and Responsible
- Able to handle general admin duties
- 5 days working week
- Bishan Area
