My client, an established reinsurance organisation, is seeking a suitable candidate to lead the Operations team in supporting the development of business opportunities through the provision of excellent operational and client service, enhancing their reputation as a center of operational excellence, internally and externally.This team ensures that the business has the appropriate operations support in managing sales, pipelines, revenue analysis and client relationship management.
We are seeking an experienced reinsurance professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience (especially in Treaty) who can (1) support the executive team in the development and implementation of strategic business plans, (2) responsible for financial oversight - ensuring business revenue and costs are appropriately budgeted and forecasted, (3) ensure Group guidelines and local regulations are complied with (4) manage escalated and solve operational challenges across the region (5) provide leadership to a lean team of Operations professionals.
