The Global FoodService (GFS) business is a key contributor to Fonterra’s long term aspirations, and a new strategy has been put in place to accelerate Foodservice topline and EBIT targets for 2030. Digital is one of the key levers identified to achieve these goals.
This role is charged with leading the strategic direction for our Global Foodservice digital transformation, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to deliver digital products aligned with our 2030 strategy to achieve our growth ambition and optimise return on investment.
You will be responsible for the overall program orchestration. This will be an exciting and diverse role that will require you to inspire, plan, problem-solve and drive forward the overall programme, while ensuring we prepare, excite and mobilise our teams around the world to step into a new way of working.
The role will give you the opportunity to deliver tangible and lasting change across the co-op, and be at the cutting edge of digital solutions globally. You will lead and manage AFP Digital programme through the project lifecycle. This will include ensuring we prepare, excite and mobilise our teams around the world to step into a new way of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans to manage programme scope, cost, time, quality, communications, human resources, risk, and any Fonterra-specific requirements (such as intellectual property management).
- Develop strategies that include all of the full scope of the programme, including design, development, go to market and dependencies between multiple, cross functional workstreams.
- Engaging stakeholders at all levels across the organisation in the platform design and customer transition.
- Use appropriate and effective project management disciplines and tools to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget and to stakeholder satisfaction.
- Work with Commercial Managers to establish commercial project outcomes and ensure they are realised via agreement with stakeholders and benefits analysis.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop business case for digital investment for senior management approval.
- Accountable for ensuring effective governance has been set up to manage deliverables to time/cost/quality.
- Establish frameworks to track milestones, goals and benefit realisation, communicate progress and help identify issues early on.
- Champions a collaborative and iterative way of working by ensuring adherence to development best practices and Agile principles.
- Build strong relationships with workstream sponsors and across management teams of the stakeholder groups to challenge from within and facilitate delivery of the programme.
- Accurately and clearly communicates progress and process constantly to stakeholders
- Work to ensure aligned expectations across all stakeholder groups, particularly in relation to time, budget, and goal expectations.
- Support the continued building of a positive reputation and respect within the organisation by demonstrating expertise, innovation, risk mitigation, and problem-solving ability and support.
- Holds people accountable on a weekly basis to delivering the plan in alignment with OKRs and overall vision.
About you
- Tertiary qualification with a Project Manager accreditation.
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience with a strong track record of delivering business value through successful digital transformations in large-scale, multi-country B2B organisations
- Experience in successful end-to-end design and deployment of enterprise software / technology to support business strategy and operations
- Ability to drive complex programmes in multi-stakeholder settings.
- Leading and managing complexity, risk, organisational impact and change initiatives.
- Working with and leading teams in an ambiguous environment.
- Strong background in the principles of application of information systems, service and technology to business opportunities and problems Experience in Consulting and/or or Technology Startups.
- Relationship management and influencing skills.
- Customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication, with creative problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and experience with robust project methodologies
- Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures preferably within the Dairy industry.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore a must.
