Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Executive. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager and be responsible in performing various accounting and clerical tasks related to accounts payable transactions. Your primary focus will be to ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier payments and effective addressing of internal and external queries. Additionally, you will assist with clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. Exceptional candidates will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to the company's monthly closing process.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable Tasks:

• Daily update of various reports such as but notwithstanding: Bank balances, incoming sales, AP Listing, and Payment Advices.
• Handle full set accounts for 3 small entities.
• Prepare and process supplier payments accurately and within designated timelines.
• Address external and internal queries promptly and professionally via phone and email.
• Download and prepare monthly reports, including but notwithstanding bank statements, sales reports, and invoices.
• Compile and maintain Staff Claim Reports.
• Any other adhoc office adminitrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Accountancy or any relevant field.
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Chinese.
• Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred but not required.
• Strong financial competency, analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skill.
• Meticulous with high level of integrity, independent, strong team pla yer and has good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Effective time-management and multitasking skills.

• Work closely with the Executive Chef / Head Chef to produce diversified menus in accordance with the restaurant’s policy and vision.
• Preparation and cooking of restaurant dishes with required standards, specifications and presentation as designated by Management and ensure consistent preparation and production of food.
• Run, manage and coordinate all sections of Kitchen and the kitchen staff.
• Responsible for managing the kitchen in the absence of Executive Chef / Head Chef.
• Ensure that day-to-day kitchen activities are performed with efficiency while displaying the strong ability to multitask.
• Maintain order and discipline in the centre kitchen during working hours.
• Actively participate in the kitchen training, including on the job training and support junior chefs and trainees in their development.
• Maintain all standards for food hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas.
• Ensure sufficient stocks in storage and order for replenishment.
• Minimize food wastage.
• Perform other job related tasks as and when assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage daily operations of production including cleaning

· Plan realistic cost & production schedule to meet KPI

· Monitor wastage, overtime, staffing and expenses spending

· Analyse & improve production processes towards productivity efficiency

· Ensure cost efficiency of production from raw materials to end product

· Innovative in initiating production/product improvement

· Prepare budget, production plans & activity to meet target

· Ordering supplies, equipment repairs and other materials to keep the operation smooth

· Monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate for production

· Ensure food safety in production, handling and storage

· Compliance with regulation standards in manufacturing (GMP)

· Practical experience in compliance with ISO/HACCP standards

· Training of production employees

Requirement

· Degree/Diploma in & Food science/Food Technology/Manufacturing engineering or equivalent

· Min. 5 years experience in food production with relevant experience in plant based industry

· Knowledge of food processing machinery and packing machinery

· Strong leadership quality with ability to manage different levels of staff

· Problem solving skills

· Effective & clear communication skills

· Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
