Job Responsibilities
- To ensure staff follow their job description and code of conduct.
- To ensure staff prepared food are according to Company’s recipe and procedure.
- To ensure food cost of below 26%, by controlling quantity serve and food wastage.
- To ensure first in first out of all items.
- To actively monitor the built chart, update accordingly and ensure staff carry it out.
- To ensure stock ordering at only sufficient buffer, maximum of one week stock allowed. Except for spices.
- To ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen at all times.
- To train and check at all times staff’s training.
- To conduct cleaning schedule, opening and closing cleaning schedule. At 2.30pm, 7am and closing time.
- To arrange staff’s work and work load. Ensure food are serve fast and good during peak hours.
- To ensure you and your staff provide good and personalized service.
- To talk to each individual staff at least once a week on their career prospects and mind set training.
- To closely monitor customers and staff mood always.
- To walk the floor and kitchen at least every hour.
