This advertisement is recruiting for the position of Support School Operations(Science Lab).

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE secondary school located in Ang Mo Kio St 13.

Contract Period: from 1 Feb 2025 to 31 Dec 2025

Option to Extend: for a further period of 1 year (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 10:45am to 8:00am, inclusive of 45-min lunch break.
• Fridays: 10:45am to 7:30pm, inclusive of 45-min lunch break.
• Saturdays: 8:00am to 12:00pm, personnel is subjected to perform rostered Saturdays duty.
• Service not required on Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

OR

• Mondays to Thursdays: 6:00am to 3:15am, inclusive of 45-min lunch break.
• Fridays: 6:00am to 2:45pm, inclusive of 45-min lunch break.
• Saturdays: 8:00am to 12:00pm, personnel is subjected to perform rostered Saturdays duty.
• Service not required on Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

The services required are set out as follows:

• Able to carry out manual work includes carry tables, chairs etc.
• General cleaning duties for classrooms, special rooms, school field etc.
• Traffic warden, security duties, able to carry out minor repairs, DIY and assist the School to supervise term contractors when necessary.
• Able to perform shift duty.
• Any other duties as assigned by the school.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Pass in PSLE or equivalent
• At least three years of working experience in school operations.
• Medically fit
• Ability to understand and communicate in simple English or Mandarin.
• Good team player who is resourceful and has a high level of initiative.
