Provide administrative support for the training academy's operations.
Assist to establish and publish the monthly training calendar.
Liaise with Trade Partners’ training coordinators on training related matters and queries.
Conduct trainings for Trade Partner’s training coordinators in the use of the online training management system.
Facilitate training bookings and correspondences in a timely and efficient manner
Manage and oversee the printing and issuance of training materials and resources.
Liaise with external training providers for the delivery of training for staff and workers.
Assist with the tracking of HSE training data and statistics and preparation of reports.
Ensure all staff and contractor training records/data are maintained in a traceable and easily accessible manner.
Data verification and assurance of the proper registration of personnel in the workplace and manpower management biometrics system.
