Job Description:

• Conceptualize and design creative concepts and solutions for various projects, not limited to exhibitions, events, and installations.
• Support the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution (including FA preparation).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (locally and abroad), including production, account servicing and operations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay updated on design trends and technologies in the experiential creative industry.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct quality checks during the production process and setup.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Assist in the procurement process and liaise with stakeholders (not limited to suppliers and contractors) for quotations.
• Pre-event planning and on-site setup coordination to ensure the delivery of a high quality event.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a solid portfolio of 2D work and be highly motivated.
• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Art, Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in 2D experiential creative design. Aspiring designers with <3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in design software, such as 3D Max, sketch-up, Auto-Cad, Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Candidates must be a team player and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Business travel might be required.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Art, Design, Creative or equivalent.
• Candidate should have a good command of English Language (written & spoken) and is savvy with Google Workspace tools.
• Prior experience in Events and/or Exhibition related industry is preferred.
