About the role:
Digital Marketing Manager
The Digital Marketing Manager establishes brand and channel preference, generates revenue and executes data-driven strategy for Four Seasons Resorts Maldives, Four Seasons Private Island Maldives at Voavah, and Four Seasons Explorer Palau. The Digital Marketing Manager supports the Regional Commercial Director and Senior Director of Public Relations and Communications to execute strategies in digital marketing, online reputation management, and measures success through outcomes supported by analytics and reporting. A clear understanding of the Four Seasons brand guidelines and effective execution of them are essential.
What you will do:
- Supports the Resorts’ digital strategy with a proactive approach to all digital and electronic marketing platforms. Designs and implements digital campaigns that support the Resorts’ commercial goals to drive digital direct room revenue and channel mix growth, and restaurant and bar revenue.
- Oversees and optimizes online presence of Resorts including SEO content and images on Four Seasons owned channels (FS.com, Four Seasons App, Preferred Partners website) and external websites (OTA and Amex), ensuring alignment with the Resorts’ positioning, business objectives, and storytelling. Supports Regional Commercial Director and manages agency partners to drive digital marketing tactics including SEO, PPC/SEM, PMax, Demand Gen, Paid Social, Metasearch and email marketing to ensure best practices, messaging and creatives are updated and aligned across all platforms.
- Manage Local Mailing List Manager and communication schedule to this audience.
- Establish a robust digital performance management process and a forward-looking approach to media planning, ensuring digital opportunities are maximized.
- Partners with Director of Revenue Management to monitor FS.com performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Actively engage with Four Seasons Regional Corporate team to optimize results.
- Deliver strategy and implementation to improve Resorts’ Google’s Brand Penetration Score.
- Monitor Search volume for Resorts, providing insights on changes and new geo-source opportunities.
- Conduct a digital benchmark on a regular basis with key competitors (local, national, international), identifying local market insights and in the luxury space (retail, travel) to determine opportunities to improve our digital content and solutions.
- Develop briefs for digital campaigns, oversee paid media content strategy, manage creative trafficking, analyzing results, and reporting on key learnings.
- Proofreads all marketing material, including collateral, direct mail, advertising, printed promotional pieces, guest correspondence, etc as required.
- Manages all electronic direct mail campaigns to end users and the travel trade.
- Provides monthly digital KPI, paid media performance and Revinate reports. Support with other marketing reports as assigned.
- Support Public Relations team with Crisis Communications monitoring as required
- Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by the Regional Commercial Director and Senior Director of Public Relations & Communications.
What you bring:
- Diploma in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
- Three to five years of experience in a digital marketing capacity.
- Experience with Google platforms, Adobe Analytics/ Google Analytics, Social Media platforms, consumer engagement and strong awareness of the digital world.
- Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors.
- Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities.
- Hospitality experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

Schedule & Hours:
This position requires the incumbent to work from Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm. Business travel to Four Seasons Resort Maldives will be required for up to three (3) times per calendar year.
