Job Description
Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Ensure that products or services meet quality standards and company policies.
Oversee inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock to prevent shortages or excesses.
Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on operational performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any service issues that arise.
Work closely with other departments, such as HR, finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth coordination and support for operational activities.
Job Requirement
Minimum a Diploma in any field.
